The PPHS PhD Day is a yearly event in spring where you can meet your PhD colleagues from Health Sciences. We offer a program with invited speakers, PhD student presentations, and networking activities.

Description Mini-Workshop: Can you listen like a successful leader?

Facilitator: Barbara Bürkin

Barbara Bürkin is a PhD student at Swiss TPH at the University of Basel and course coordinator of a leadership program at Swiss TPH. She will explain why listening is an underestimated leadership skill and present various listening techniques that you can try out yourself.
